Dee and Eric's Grand Bohemian Hotel, Asheville Wedding and Two day after session in Brevard, NC

Dee and Eric's wedding was held at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Biltmore Village near downtown Asheville, North Carolina. The Grand Bohemian is an amazing location full of one of a kind elements full of artisan inspiration. This boutique hotel was the perfect backdrop for the marriage ceremony and celebration for two wonderful people I feel lucky to have met!! I loved Dee from the first time we spoke on the phone - full of life and such a giving spirit!! Eric is the same way, and the two of them make each other light up!! Their day was centered around their love for their friends and family - and making sure they all had a wonderful time. It was so much fun getting to know them and their favorite people.

Beautiful floral design by The Flower Gallery. Ceremony and cocktail harp music by the talented Donna Germano of Classic Touch Music. Reception was rocked by Nathan White as emcee and DJ. Everyone had a blast dancing and watching the boys have a break dancing competition was something else!!

We had so much fun on the wedding day, but I must say that our two day after session in the Pisgah National Forest in Brevard might have been my favorite part. Enjoyed getting to spend the day with the couple as we visited waterfalls and mountain trails for stunning portraits!!
Lots of beautiful moments below from their wedding and (two) day(s)-after session - enjoy!!

Mary of the Flower Gallery and Jane of Cakes by Jane working together to make the cake even more perfect!!

GORGEOUS cake that was the bride's expectations was made by Cakes by Jane. Dee was so happy to see the cake of her dreams - she had a nightmare that the wrong cake was delivered. When she described the cake in the bad dream, it was just like the other cake Cakes by Jane made for another bride that same day!! Glad everyone got the cake they ordered!!

Eric was so excited to see Dee!!

As the men wait, the ladies finish getting ready...

Love their rings and the details of the bouquet.

Making sure the rings are tied tight:

Beautiful bride!!

Handsome men and awesome boutonnières.

Eric waits outside the terrace as the guests fill in from the salon on the other side.

Angelic harp music filled the space setting the mood for a special wedding!

Could not resist pulling Dee and her sister into the beautifully adorned hall around the corner from the hall Eric was waiting in. Gorgeous ladies!!

They are both so excited to finally see each other!!

They both were glowing when they finally got to grasp hands!!

They chose to assemble a unity cross during their ceremony.

So happy to be man and wife!!

Lambs ear, rose, lavender, rose - sweet smelling and great combination for the groom's boutonnière. Keep scrolling if you want to see it two days later - it still looked great! The Flower Gallery outdid themselves!!

I had some competition from this young photographer with a great eye - and he is a heck of a dancer too!

Dee's nephew LOVED getting to touch the harp!

The Bohemian chefs never disappoint!! YUM!

The ballrooom is always gorgeous with the crystal chandeliers and regal details!

Reds and oranges in the roses set off the green accents and cake patterns really making it pop!

They both look at each other lovingly - this one from their first dance really capture's Eric's adoration!!

The cake is southern pound cake - and is as good as it looks (maybe better!!)

Everyone was ready to dance the night away!!

After tossing the bouquet and the garter, the couple is ready to call it a night!!

Congratulations, Dee and Eric!!

Goodnight - time to rest up for our after wedding dress up shoot in two days!!

They married on Saturday, and on Monday, we were off to Brevard and the Pisgah National Forest. First stop was Looking Glass Falls and after few shots on the walk down, they walked out on the rocks in front of the big waterfall!!

Wish I could share more, but there are just too many good ones of these two!! Next pull off on our journey was by two really nice motocycles. Had to have the bride and groom (with owner's permission, of course!!) pose with her Harley!!

Beautiful day, happy, good looking couple in a gorgeous location. I absolutely adored this trail and wish I could show all the photos from this stop...

Sun peeking through the birch leaves and the couple still smiling ear to ear - how could I resist?!?

Had to end on one of my favorites:
