WNC Magazine 2nd annual Bridal Party

Excited to have been asked to shoot the WNC Magazine Bridal Party for the second year! What a fun evening filled with fabulous fashion, great drinks and food, and some of the best vendors Western North Carolina has to offer to wedding clients. Here are a few images from the evening. Kiersa Holy, of Events by Kiersa, had an awesome display set up!

Loved the details!!

Yum Fiore's Ristorante Toscana had an amazing spread for everyone at the Bridal Party!

Earleen Bennett, of Asheville Permanent Makeup Clinic and founder of Beauty Through Cancer with Kathy Warner who does lots of work for BTC were glad to be a part of the evening!

City Bakery Cafe had some absolutely gorgeous cakes on display. They offer a wide variety of wedding cakes, cupcakes and amazing baked goods!

Beth Hohensee of Studio Flora Diva was quoted saying, "No more boring bouquets!" and fully delivered on that with her creations for the fashion show. Fun, funky yet still elegant and beautiful!!

Kelly Gold, Sara Fields and Patricia Alcivar backstage preparing to shine! These ladies rocked the runway!

Getting close to fashion show time!!

The Studio Flora Divas themselves!! You all did an amazing job!!

Jen Lepkowski of Jen Lepkowski Photography presents her great booth!

Morgan Purdy and Katie Kasben looking gorgeous!!

Morgan is wearing a gown by Brooke Priddy of Ship to Shore Clothier. It is a handmade wedding dress in crotchet lace and teastained silks. One of a kind!!

Sara LOVED getting permission to twirl this arrangement like a baton!

The men had to have some group shots...Looking good, fellas!

Kelly was an awesome model! Displayed the arrangement perfectly!

Amazing smile!!

Sara looked awesome in the vintage style!

Patricia - ooh la la! Need I say more! Hot!!

Amazing bridal fashions by Wedding Inspirations!!

I have never gotten the chance to do a group shot of this many brides!!! Such fun!!!

Thanks, Studio Flora Diva and Wedding Inspirations for everything!!!

Ayana Dusenberry with WNC Magazine and Kim Hunter with Forte Affair. Kim, with the help of some great WNC Magazine team members, pulled off this unbelievable event at the Doubletree Biltmore (part of the Biltmore Farms family) in Asheville, North Carolina.

Andrew and Lisa's Engagement Session

Andrew and Lisa are getting married this fall at the Basilica of St. Lawrence and their reception will be at the Crest Center in Asheville, North Carolina. My studio had the privilege of photographing their engagement session and will be there recording their wedding day as well! Her family's land and cabin in Leicester were a perfect place to start their shoot.

Lisa LOVES animals - so much that she is a vet! They thought ahead and brought an apple as a treat for the donkey.

This church just down the road from her family cabin has always been a special spot for her, but she had never been inside. We pulled up just as a man that happened to have a key was getting ready to leave. Of course we took him up on the offer to check it out inside!

Then we headed downtown, braving the cold wind for some urban shots. We are saving shooting at the Basilica until the wedding.

Love the new Pack Square Park! So many possibilities!!

City hall made a great wind break and gorgeous location to play in!

Final shot:

Cannot wait to work with Andrew and Lisa on their big day! They are amazing and so in love that it shows in every shot! Thank you two!!
