Anna & Rodney's Wedding at the NC Arboretum - Asheville Wedding Photography

Anna and Rodney are the sweetest young couple that we had the pleasure of photographing and capturing video of this August. WNC Video Productions has a gorgeous video sample online that you can see by clicking here.

The day was perfect. They chose a beautiful spot and are so cute together...made my job easy! During the moments at the end, as the sun was illuminating them in a warm light, I was getting goosebumps and knew the photos would reflect their affection for each other. They married at the NC Arboretum, which specializes in green weddings and offer so many beautiful portrait locations. They have several spots throughout their beautiful gardens that are perfect for both small and large weddings. Always love shooting there!!

Here are a sample of my favorites from their wedding:

Congratulations and best wishes to you, Anna and Rodney!! Thank you for letting us be there to capture such an important moment in your lives. :)

Jeanne and Sean's Lake Eden Wedding - Asheville Wedding Photography

Jeanne and Sean were such a fun couple to work with!! They are the nicest people that came up with the cutest details for their wedding. They had the most supportive (and quite hilarious) group of friends and family gathered at Lake Eden Black Mountain, North Carolina. I had so much fun with this group!! They didn't let the off and on sprinkles of rain dampen any spirits - they had too much to celebrate!! :)

Yellow shoes for the bride:

Coolest ring idea - that is their fingerprints. They will each have the others on their ring. :)

So sweet, it almost made me tear up...

The 'first look'. Love his sister/best woman watching!!

Gorgeous floral work by their friend. Loved the arrangements and the colors really pop on grey days.

So in love!!

The booklets they had for their guests to fill out were such a great idea! The books were passed table to table and they had the coolest little natural wood crayons to write with. They asked for all kinds of advice for specific anniversaries, things to remember, ideas for the future...and this one may have been the best:

They walked each other in and made for a beautiful entrance.

Everyone was getting a little choked up.

One of my faves:

Yellow for her, red for him!

Gorgeous Artful Shelter tent to party under!

Such a pretty (and yummy) cake!!

Music by One Leg Up set a fun mood playing 'Gypsy Jazz' that started the celebration off right!!

Fire roaring and the party went into the night...
