Theresa and Michael's Grand Bohemian Asheville Wedding

Theresa and Michael's wedding was so amazing, it has been nearly impossible to narrow the photos from it down far enough to put in one blog post! Hopefully that wasn't too many... : )

They are such a great couple that got married and celebrated with their wonderful family and friends at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Asheville, NC. Gorgeous venue! If you haven't seen it, you should check it out. Kiersa with Events by Kiersa and Connor with The Grand Bohemian coordinated with the couple and Alan with Blossoms at Biltmore Park to create a lovely atmosphere for the event. Rev. Tim Lolley with Blue Mountain Weddings officiated their beautiful ceremony. Thank you and congratulations to Theresa and Michael!

Theresa and Michael's Engagement Session

Theresa and Michael were married on November 28th at the Grand Bohemian Hotel. Before I blog about their wedding, I have to take a moment to share their engagement session with their cute little dogs, Tatum and Griffin. We ended up with a cold, dreary day which was perfect for the Ohio State throw that they wanted to include in the shot! Thank goodness for Kathleen's Tea Room in Fletcher, NC for having a wonderful covered porch, dog friendly atmosphere, unique details, and yummy WARM tea! Thank you Theresa and Michael! Congratulations!

WNC Toys for Tots Toy Run 2009

Wedding Planning for Beginners Part 3 of 3

Lisa McMillan's three part workshop wrapped up a few weeks ago at the Crest Center. Lisa's guest speakers were Corey Cagle of Corey Cagle Photography and Chris Coloson of Mr. C's Mobile DJ. Corey shared tips on working with photographers and how to help the photographer help the wedding day go more smoothly. Chris discussed the variety of events that he and his team of djs are prepared to handle. Jane with Cakes by Jane provided up with a wonderful treat - her signature Southern cream cheese pound cake! Thanks Lisa and everyone who participated! It was fun getting to listen in to all the wonderful advice and to check out the awesome venues that hosted the workshop!
